Terms and Conditions

a) Solo Ads and Cash (S.A.C) reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason. Changes affecting membership and ad distribution will be sent in writing via email 24 hours prior to the change to all registered members and opt-in advertisers.

b) Solo Ads and Cash is an advertising provider only is not in any way affiliated with or in fact endorses any of the websites, businesses, products or service providers promoted in its advertising. S.A.C. admin cannot and will be held responsible in any way for any issues arising from participating or purchase or any products or service advertised using our service.

C) Solo Ads and Cash will not tolerate spam in any way. Any member or affiliate found to have used spam tactics to advertise our service will have their account terminated immediately without notice with loss of all earned commissions and advertising credits. They will also be reported to the authorities.

d) All Solo Ads and cash members are to represent the site for advertising purposes in a professional and courteous manner. Any member found to be presenting false information about the site for any reason will have their account terminated and may face legal proceedings.

f) S.A.C. admin reserve the right to terminate a members account immediately if they feel they have violated our terms and conditions in any way.

g) Any person anywhere in the world (over the age of consent in their country) can register for an account free of charge and look around. They can also recommend our services to anyone they choose using legal and appropriate methods. However a member does not qualify to earn commissions until they have purchased at least one ad package from us (upgraded) In addition free members are deleted from the system after 24 hours if they have not upgraded.

h) S.A.C admin does not guarantee sales or results from advertising purchased. Each member determines their own ad copy and content and this alone will determine results. S.A.C. admin guarantee only to send/place the ad not to predict or guarantee any results that the ad may yield.

i) Commissions are paid on request to members as long as they have reached the minimum withdraw level. Commissions requests are paid in the order they are received and are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

j) All sales are final. No refunds or any kind will be applicable to any member for any reason for advertising purchased once payment has been processed.

k) SAC is primarily a sales based income system. All the income projections on the site are calculated according to sales generated. If no sales are generated by a member then only passive bonuses and not referral commissions can be earned..

Referring others in not required to earn passive bonuses only paid membership.

l) All members agree to receive emails from admin regarding their membership and membership of any sister sites within the downline builder. as well as paid solo ads from other members.

m) 100% guarantee terms - SAC Admin will give a full refund to any member that joined through the Auto Build System that does not have a paid downline within 28 days. A paid downline consists of at least one paying member in a downline. SAC admin will give this refund if an ATB member does not have at least one paying member, if the member does have at least one paid member in their downline, then the guarantee is void as it has been fulfilled. This guarantee applies only to those members that joined through the Auto Team Build and not any other way. This guarantee only applies to memberships enrolled and paid in after Jan 1st 2010.

n) All members agree to these terms and conditions at registration. Any person not agreeing must not register for an account.
